Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Maida - 1/2 kg


  • Egg - 5


  • Sugar - 300 gm or as required


  • Coconut - 1 & 1/2 ( grate kr k milk nikaal kr use karein)


  • Salt - as required ( 2 pinch)


  • Ghee- 3 to 4 tablespoon


  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Dry Fruits - 2 tbsp chopped


  • Saffron - 1/4 teaspoon


  • Chocolate chips - 1 tablespoon ( optional)


  • Blue food colour or any other colour - 3 drops ( optional )

Directions

  • 1. Egg ko 2-3 minute beat krein, sugar add kr k sugar pighlene tak egg aur sugar ko mix krein.
  • 2. Egg aur sugar wale mixture me maida, salt, cardamom powder, saffron,coconut milk add kr k thick batter ready krein.
  • 3. Ghawne k bater ko 2 part me divide krein aur 1 part me food colour add krein aur dusre ko plain rakhein.
  • 4. Non stick pan ko garam kr k thoda sa ghee lagayein aur 2 tablespoon plain Wala ghawne ka mixture / batter daal dein , dry fruits aur chocolate chips daal dein 2 minutes medium flame par pakne dein aur fold kr k ek side me pan me rakhein, phir colour Wala bater / mixture daal dein , dry fruits, chocolate chips daal kr fold kr lein, ye process 3 bar repeat krein .
  • 5. Ghawne k pieces cut karein aur garam garam chai ke sath serve krein.
  • 6. Without colour use kiye huwe or single roll bna kr bhi fold kr sakte ho.
